THE LAND USE PLAN LISTS IT AS AGRICULTURAL LAND, BUT
DO YOU FARM ON IT? GIVEN HOW WELL-MAINTAINED IT IS.
...... IT IS AGRICULTURAL LAND, BUT IT'S CURRENTLY LYING FALLOW.

STILL, LEAVING IT COMPLETELY BARE CAUSES TOO MANY WEEDS TO GROW, MAKING MAINTENANCE DIFFICULT.
WE JUST PLANT AND MANAGE WHITE CLOVER AS A GROUND COVER.
RATHER THAN CULTIVATING IT, IT'S MORE ABOUT PREVENTING THE SOIL FROM ERODING.
※ Ground Cover Plant: A Plant That Grows Low, Covering The Surface To Prevent Soil Erosion And Keep The Ground From Drying Out.
...HM.

THEN THE FOUNDATION WORK MIGHT BE SMOOTHER THAN WE EXPECTED.
...FIRST OF ALL,
MAY I ASK HOW THE OWNERSHIP OF THIS LAND IS SET UP?

MOST OF THE LAND AROUND HERE IS OWNED BY MY UNCLE.
I'M JUST TAKING CARE OF THE MANAGEMENT ON HIS BEHALF.
BY THE WAY,
WHAT PURPOSE DID YOU COME TO SEE THE LAND FOR?

RATHER THAN HAVING A FIXED USE IN MIND,
WE'RE JUST EXPLORING THE POSSIBILITIES.

NOTHING HAS BEEN DECIDED YET.
...I SEE.
THEN,
IF THE OPPORTUNITY ARISES, I'LL VISIT AGAIN.

THANK YOU FOR GUIDING US TODAY.

?
YES, WELL.

HAVE A GOOD DAY.
HE SEEMED A BIT SUSPICIOUS.

WELL, IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S THE FIRST TIME.
OUTSIDERS SHOWING INTEREST IN LAND ARE BOUND TO BE WARY.
BESIDES, IT'S BETTER THAN TALKING ABOUT AN UNCERTAIN BUSINESS PROJECT

AND UNNECESSARILY SPREADING FALSE RUMORS.
Especially since nothing has truly decided yet
...RIGHT.

IS THIS ALREADY THIS LATE?
BECAUSE IT'S WINTER, THE DAYS ARE SHORT, SO WE CAN'T DO ANYMORE TODAY.

WE'LL CHECK OUT THE REST TOMORROW,
AND FOR TODAY, I THINK WE SHOULD STAY OVER THERE.
WILL THAT BE ALRIGHT?

...IF IT'S UNCOMFORTABLE,

I CAN STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, THOUGH.
WE'RE STAYING FOR WORK, SO
WHAT'S THERE TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT?

IF WE'RE NOT GOING TO SPEND THE NIGHT OUT HERE, LET'S GO IN. IT'S COLD.
YEAH.

HUFF....
I NEED TO BUY SOME NEW SHOES TOMORROW.
...NIGHT.
...NIGHT.

GOOD WORK TODAY.
REST UP AND I'LL SEE YOU TOMORROW.
EVEN IF YOU WEAR A FACE THAT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY NOW OF ALL TIMES....
YOU COULD JUST KEEP PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW ABOUT THINGS LIKE THE PAST.

JUST LIKE BACK THEN
HELLO!
I'M BAEK EUN-SEO, THE NEW RECRUIT WHO JOINED NEWLY.

I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU!
SO FULL OF SPIRIT.
I'M KIM DO-UN, THE TEAM LEADER WHO WILL BE IN CHARGE OF TRAINING YOU FOR A WHILE.
I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU TOO.

SENIOR DO-UN, WHOM I MET AT THE COMPANY WHERE I FINALLY GOT A REGULAR POSITION AFTER MUCH HARDSHIP,
WAS AN IDEAL MENTOR WHO EARNED THE TRUST OF BOTH SUPERIORS AND JUNIORS.

HE WAS THE FIRST 'ADULT' I, YOUNG AND CLUMSY, EVER ENCOUNTERED,
WHICH MADE HIM SOMEONE I COULDN'T HELP BUT EASILY GIVE MY HEART TO.

NOW THEN~
SHALL OUR YOUNGEST LADY POUR A DRINK?

OH, COME ON.
MY ARM IS GOING TO FALL OFF.
UM....
ISN'T POURING THE GENERAL MANAGER'S DRINK MY JOB?
YOU STILL CAN'T LEAVE THAT TO THE YOUNGEST.
WHAT-
TEAM LEADER KIM YOU DON'T DRINK, SO NO FUN~

THERE YOU GO AGAIN.
SHALL WE SEE WHO LASTS UNTIL THE END TODAY?
...SUNBAE!
WALK STRAIGHT...!

EUN-SEO, I'M SORR-Y~
WE'RE ALREADY AT THE HOTEL ROOM, SO PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER!

URGH...!
WHY ARE YOU SO WEAK TO ALCOHOL YET STILL STEPPING UP LIKE THAT?

IT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME.
...THAT'S BECAUSE IT'S NOT YOUR JOB TO WORRY ABOUT...
YOU REALLY... DON'T NEED TO TRY SO HARD...
YOU SURE MAKE... PEOPLE WORRY.

...AM I,
MAKING YOU WORRY?

DON'T LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT.
...PARDON?
...STOP LOOKING AT ME...

...WITH THAT HOPEFUL LOOK IN YOUR EYES.
WITHOUT EVEN THINKING OF HIDING MY FEELINGS, I FOUND MYSELF SWEPT AWAY
BY SUCH A CHILDISH IMPULSE, WANTING TO PEEL THEM OPEN FIRST INSTEAD.

BEFORE ANYONE COULD SAY WHO STARTED IT.

DID I DOZE OFF?
WHO IS IT?

IT'S ME, DO-UN.

I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU BRIEFLY,
MAY I COME IN?
