THINGS ARE PROGRESSING NICELY. WHAT DO YOU USUALLY TALK ABOUT WITH MY ELDER BROTHER? ...NOTHING YOU COULD REALLY CALL A CONVERSATION. HE IS A MAN OF VERY FEW WORDS. WELL, IT IS STILL TOO SOON TO WIN HIS HEART. EVEN SO, YOU'RE THE FIRST MAID TO EVER ENTER HIS BEDROOM. EXCELLENT. SO... HOW FAR DID MY ELDER BROTHER GO WITH YOU? YOU ENTERED HIS BEDROOM, SO DON'T TELL ME NOTHING HAPPENED. DID HE TAKE OFF YOUR CLOTHES? WHAT PARTS DID HE TOUCH? AH, IT HASN’T GONE THAT FAR YET.... I MERELY... TOOK CARE OF HIM WHILE HE WAS ILL. HE SEEMED PLEASED THAT I COULDN’T SEE... HIS VULNERABLE SIDE.... I’M A LIAR. BUT WHY? STRICTLY SPEAKING, I’M THE PRINCE’S PERSON. EVERYTHING ABOUT ME... IS IN THE PRINCE'S HANDS... COULD IT BE... THAT I AM ACTUALLY STARTING TO CARE FOR THE CROWN PRINCE? YOU ENTERED HIS BEDROOM, YET HE DIDN'T TOUCH YOU? EVEN AFTER HARPER RISKED HIS LIFE... AND FED HIM THE APHRODISIAC? AS I THOUGHT... CHEF HARPER WAS SENT BY THE PRINCE, TOO. UGH DIANA. YOU'RE NOT LYING TO ME, ARE YOU? I-I'M SORRY. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE PROACTIVE... AND MADE BETTER USE OF THE OPPORTUNITY.... FROM NOW ON, I'LL PUT IN MORE CARE... TO ENSURE... HE TRUSTS ME EVEN MORE. TO HAVE THE KIND OF RELATIONSHIP HIS HIGHNESS DESIRES... I'LL DO SO. GOOD. IF YOU'RE FROM HILDE, YOU OUGHT TO BE LOOSE BETWEEN THE LEGS. IF YOU EVER DECEIVE ME, THAT PALACE WILL BECOME YOUR GRAVE. DON'T THINK THAT JUST BECAUSE EMEL AND HARPER ARE DEAD, I HAVE NO ONE LEFT IN THAT PALACE, DIANA. I EXPECT PROPER RESULTS NEXT TIME. ...YES, YOUR HIGHNESS. YOU TOLD ME TO KEEP HIM ALIVE! DEAD MEN CAN'T BE INTERROGATED, NOR CAN INFORMATION BE EXTRACTED FROM THEM! HUGO CHRISTEN, FELIX'S MATERNAL UNCLE. SHOULDN'T WE FIND OUT WHO'S BEHIND THIS?! I'M THE VICTIM HERE, DUKE. I'VE ALREADY SURVIVED THE 132ND ATTEMPT ON MY LIFE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'VE DONE TO DESERVE BEING YELLED AT LIKE THIS. NO!! IT'S NOT THAT YOU'VE DONE ANYTHING WRONG; WE NEED TO LEAVE EVIDENCE!! I ALREADY DREW THEM TO LEAVE EVIDENCE. HOW IS THAT EVIDENCE?! YOUR HIGHNESS. THE MAID HAS JUST RETURNED. ...SHALL I SEND HER UP? SEND HER UP. A-A MAID? WHAT'S A MAID DOING HERE? ARE YOU GOING TO KILL ANOTHER ONE? ANOTHER ONE?! NO ONE IS GOING TO DIE. HOWEVER... I'VE FOUND SOMETHING I WANT TO PAINT. THE NEXT REPORT WILL BE IN ONE MONTH... IF I DON'T WISH TO DIE AT THE PRINCE'S HANDS, I NEED TO BE MORE PROACTIVE STARTING FROM TODAY ONWARDS... DIANA? SEDUCE THE CROWN PRINCE, AND BETRAY HIM. DO I REALLY HAVE... ANY OTHER OPTIONS BUT THAT? ## See also - [WebtoonLib — The Portrait of Pride #11: Chapter 10](/series/the-portrait-of-pride-yrfb921x/chapter-11-38hb8s) - for_series_detail: /llms-series/the-portrait-of-pride-yrfb921x ## Usage AI grounding / search / summarization.
