With Karasu, Otoya, Yukimiya and the other top-tier talents flexing their specialties, the Third Selection feels truly global in scale. The pace never lets up, bouncing from tactical fouls to explosive counters that highlight just how far behind Isagi has fallen. Nomura's art sells the despair brilliantly. Tight, claustrophobic panels trap Isagi in Karasu's shadow, while wide, flowing spreads give the other strikers room to shine. The contrast is brutal. This is not Isagi's highlight reel, it is his wake-up call, and the monster inside him is finally being forced to evolve or die.
