Brother Knows Best — Chapter 40
Chapter Summary
It sounds like Brother Knows Best: Episode 39 had everyone feeling the love! 🥰 A major theme was the ships finally sailing or at least getting dangerously close, which had many readers cheering. Beyond the romance, folks found the main characters hilariously overpowered – hunting animals for fur in the middle of a war effort? Classic "murder psychos," as one commenter put it! 😂
Amidst the chaos, there were plenty of "too cute" moments, though some savvy readers felt things might be going *too* smoothly, sparking a little anxiety about potential twists. The dynamic between the Empress and the super-strong Sword Master acting like squabbling siblings even during a war briefing was a definite highlight, perfectly summed up as just a bunch of "weird people." Points also go to the consistently helpful maps at the end! 👍
