Dead or Alive

Calahan Boswall is a name that strikes fear into the hearts of outlaws across the Wild West. As a legendary bounty hunter who has successfully captured 999 criminals, he is a rugged, no-nonsense professional looking to hang up his spurs. For his 1,000th and final job, he sets his sights on a high-value target: Johnny the Grifter, a notorious con artist accused of swindling the elderly. The reward is a staggering 10 million pais, enough to secure the quiet retirement Calahan has always dreamed of.

But the capture doesn't go as planned. When Calahan corners Johnny, the younger man insists on his innocence with a confidence that shakes the hunter's resolve. Instead of a simple transport, the two strike a dangerous bet: Johnny has ten days to prove he isn't the man Calahan thinks he is, or he faces his fate. If Johnny succeeds, Calahan must pay him out of his own pocket. Thus begins a chaotic journey across the dusty plains, forcing the grumpy hunter and the charismatic suspect into close quarters.

As they traverse the dangerous landscape, the duo realizes they aren't just fighting the clock—a mysterious and deadly group of men is hot on their trail, determined to stop them at all costs. Dead or Alive, created by IAGO, masterfully blends action, comedy, and romance in a unique Western setting. Readers will be hooked by the gritty, distinctive art style and the evolving 'grump meets sunshine' dynamic between the rugged Calahan and the unpredictable Johnny.
