Depths of Malice — Chapter 9

Depths of Malice Chapter 9 continues Rita's calculated journey after her body swap with Lady Bertha Alberhart. With limited confirmed details for this installment, the emphasis stays on her evolving mindset rather than any single confrontation, as she weighs survival, status, and revenge. In fan discussion, Depths of Malice Chapter 9 matters mainly for how it positions Rita's next move in her revenge plan. Her choices remain driven by betrayal and terminal desperation, and each compromise pushes her further from her former morals toward manipulation as a tool for power. Overall, Depths of Malice Chapter 9 serves as a transitional beat that keeps attention on Rita's ruthless transformation. It reinforces the series' dark romance and psychological stakes without resolving her conflict with Marquess Carter and the society that discarded her.
