She explains the loan problem at Phoenix Bank and her plan to buy the bank to stop the auction of Twilight Mansion; to do so, she must persuade Aunt Cho. Thanks to Janice's mouse, they find an elderly customer who suffered injustice: an illiterate grandmother is denied permission to sign by proxy. Using the name Irenberg, Diana makes the clerk experience the same situation and exposes the double standard.
