Chapter Summary
MONSTER IN THE CLOSET Chapter 2 focuses on Yeongshin's tense confrontation with the man kept tied up in the closet and her effort to finish the cleaning job. Someone on the phone talking business from Seoul mocks the victim and leaves him with a warning to behave until his owner returns. As Yeongshin is torn between closing the door and calling for help, her coworker calls out to her, and they gather the trash together and leave the apartment. Finally freed, the man vents his anger at his owner through messages, saying he is ending this relationship that ignored his safeword, and fearing the cleaner will tell what she saw, he decides to ask for the company's contact information.
