Taming the Marquess — Chapter 38

Hey, fellow readers of Taming the Marquess Chapter 38! 👋 What a chapter, huh? The highlight (or lowlight, depending on who you ask!) was definitely that wild trial scene for Lindt.

Lots of you found the trial completely bonkers – calling it a total "joke" 🤡 and slamming the lack of evidence and rushed process as super lazy writing. Seriously, "guilty until proven innocent" much? 🤷‍♀️

But hey, conflicting opinions! 🤔 Some folks jumped in to say that as frustrating as it was, it felt like a *realistic* peek into a corrupt system where power trumps justice. Yeah, who needs evidence when you have influence?

Speaking of influence... the *real* star was Eskal Dyck's epic entrance! ✨ His mere presence basically shut down the Crown Prince and ended the trial without him even having to do much. Readers were split between thinking this was an awesome, satisfying power flex 💪 ("WHATTA POWER!") and finding it a bit too easy, almost like the author got lazy. 😂

On a sweeter note amidst the court drama, many loved spotting the matching rings and outfits between Lara and Eskal! ❤️ Overall, Taming the Marquess Chapter 38 certainly got people talking about corrupt power and the sheer impact of our stoic ML! 🔥
