Attack on Titan Gets Gigantic with Symphony Orchestra: New World Tour Announced!

Goosebump-inducing news has arrived for Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) fans! The music that etched the series' unforgettable, massive atmosphere into our ears is returning to the stage with a brand-new world tour titled “Symphony from Paradis”. Unlike previous rock-orchestra hybrid concerts, this tour holds the distinction of being the first official production to focus entirely on a symphonic structure. With over 100 musicians and a giant choir on stage, this event will retell the series' epic story through musical notes.
The most exciting aspect of the concerts is the talent behind the scenes. The series' legendary composers Hiroyuki Sawano and KOHTA YAMAMOTO are personally overseeing this massive project. Sawano, known for his iconic tracks from the first three seasons, and Yamamoto, who raised the bar to a whole new level with the Final Season, have rearranged the pieces to suit the acoustics of concert halls. Fan-favorite tracks such as “at'aek ON taitn”, “Ashes on The Fire”, and “Footsteps of Doom” will be performed in synchronization with anime scenes shown on giant screens.
Created by Hajime Isayama and having sold over 140 million copies worldwide, Attack on Titan created a revolution in the anime world not only with its story but also with its musical identity. Following the conclusion of the anime series in 2023, these types of massive concerts keep the fans' connection to this universe fresh. Composer Hiroyuki Sawano stated that he is very excited to meet fans in overseas countries during this tour, emphasizing that these concerts will be a unique stage experience that will bring fans together after the anime finale.
The tour schedule covers some of the world's most prestigious venues. The world premiere of the “Symphony from Paradis” tour will take place on October 17, 2026, at the famous Royal Albert Hall in London. This will be followed by performances at the AsiaWorld-Arena in Hong Kong on November 1, 2026, and at the heart of New York, Carnegie Hall, on January 10, 2027. Details regarding ticket sales and additional cities to be added to the tour are expected to be clarified in the coming months. If you want to feel the struggle of Eren, Mikasa, and Armin to your core accompanied by a live orchestra, it would be beneficial to follow this tour closely!
