New Manga from Naruto Creator's Brother Seishi Kishimoto: "Kamiyashiro" Has Begun!

Seishi Kishimoto, one of the most well-known names in the manga world and the twin brother of Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto, has returned with a new project that will excite fans. Kishimoto's latest work, Kamiyashiro: Jikosatsu no Kyo (Kamiyashiro: The Kyo of Accident-Disguised Murders), officially began serialization on the Manga Box platform as of May 11.
The new series centers on a dark and intriguing revenge story. At the heart of the story is a mysterious assassin named Kei, who specializes in making the murders he commits look like unfortunate accidents. Using clever mechanisms and techniques to eliminate his victims, Kei is able to convince even the most meticulous detectives that these are not murders, but tragic accidents. This "perfect accident" theme sets the series apart from typical action manga, placing it on a more strategic and psychological foundation.
Seishi Kishimoto is a name who has managed to avoid staying in his brother's shadow throughout his career, building a dedicated fanbase of his own. Known particularly for works such as 666 Satan (known as O-Parts Hunter in the West) and Blazer Drive, the artist has produced more mature-themed works in recent years, such as Mad Chimera World and Sukedachi 09. Although Kishimoto's drawing style resembles his brother's, he is known for preferring darker, harsher, and more dystopian elements in his storytelling. Kamiyashiro appears to continue this dark tone.
The series' publication process actually began with a preview on LINE Manga in January. However, the Manga Box launch on May 11 marks the series' wider release.
