You Get Me Going

You Get Me Going is a compelling BL office romance that follows the life of Lee Young-won, a gullible yet endearing senior researcher in his thirties. Despite his professional success, Young-won wears his heart on his sleeve, often falling too hard and too fast for the wrong people. He remains steadfast in his belief that his soulmate is out there, but he never expected his destiny to involve Kang Hyun-woo—the stoic, aloof, and seemingly cold colleague who is the exact opposite of Young-won’s ideal man.

The story kicks into high gear after a fateful drunken encounter leads the two men to wake up together. Instead of a simple apology, Hyun-woo proposes an intriguing and unconventional deal that keeps them tethered to one another. As they navigate the complexities of their new arrangement within the confines of their workplace, the initial friction between them begins to transform into a simmering attraction. Young-won must decide if he is willing to risk his heart one more time on a man who challenges everything he thought he knew about love.

With its blend of humor, high-tension workplace encounters, and a slow-burn narrative, this series explores themes of emotional vulnerability and the beauty of finding connection in the most unlikely places. Readers will be drawn to the sharp contrast between the protagonists' personalities and the gradual unraveling of Hyun-woo’s icy exterior. Whether you are a fan of classic office tropes or deep character development, You Get Me Going delivers a satisfying and romantic journey that proves 'Mr. Wrong' might just be 'Mr. Right' in disguise.
