New Ghost in the Shell Project Coming from Science SARU: Theme Music by MILLENNIUM PARADE

The legendary Ghost in the Shell series is being brought back to life by Science SARU, one of the most innovative studios in Japanese animation. The studio excited fans by releasing a teaser trailer for the new project. Along with the trailer, it was also announced that the ending theme song will be performed by the famous Japanese music group MILLENNIUM PARADE.
This new production is the latest anime adaptation of the classic manga created by Masamune Shirow. The series, previously known for the 1995 film, the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (2002) anime series, and the 2017 Hollywood adaptation, will now be reinterpreted with Science SARU's unique drawing style and dynamic storytelling. Science SARU has previously made a name for itself with works such as Devilman Crybaby, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
In the trailer, while the classic atmosphere of the series is preserved, a more modern and fluid animation style stands out. MILLENNIUM PARADE's ending music perfectly complements the series' dystopian world with the group's electronic and experimental sound. The group is known for their work on the Belle soundtrack and projects led by King Gnu member Daiki Tsuneta.
It has not yet been officially announced whether the new Ghost in the Shell project will be a series or a film. However, the high quality and original approach that Science SARU has demonstrated in its previous projects are raising fans' expectations. While there is no clear information yet about the release date and platform of the series, more details are expected to be shared in the coming months. This new interpretation of one of the cornerstones of the cyberpunk genre seems likely to attract both old fans and new viewers.
