Detective Conan: The Private Eyes' Requiem manga adaptation will conclude with its final chapter published in Japan in September. According to Anime News Network, the adaptation, which began in Shogakukan's Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine on February 24, 2026, was based on the 10th theatrical film of Gosho Aoyama's legendary series. After a relatively short serialization period, the story will come to an end in September.
The film on which the adaptation is based, known in Japanese as Meitantei Conan: Tantei-tachi no Requiem, was released in Japan on April 15, 2006. As a special film prepared for the 10th anniversary of the anime series, it holds an important place in Detective Conan history. The story drags Conan, Heiji Hattori, and other detectives into a relentless game set up by an unidentified threat. Kaito Kid's involvement in the story also made the film unforgettable, especially for long-time fans of the series.
