A new manga themed around revenge, time loops, and betrayal has met Japanese readers. The first volume of the manga "The Sixth Prince Who Was Executed and Returned in Time, Abandons His Country and Swears Revenge with the Neighboring Country's Guillotine Princess" (処刑された死に戻りの第六王子は故国を捨て、隣国のギロチン皇女と復讐を誓う), written by Sanbon and illustrated by Chia Aikawa, was published in Japan on June 17, 2025.
The story begins with the sixth prince, who was executed by the country he was loyal to, returning in time after his death. This time, to avoid the same fate, he leaves his country and joins forces with a feared woman known as the "guillotine princess" in a neighboring country, swearing revenge. The series is published in Shōnen Gangan magazine (Square Enix) and is particularly drawing the interest of readers who love dark fantasy and time loops.
Mangaka Chia Aikawa is a name who previously worked on the illustrations of popular series such as "Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjō, Aruiwa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen".
