Fairy Tail celebrates its 20th anniversary with new character posters displayed at Japan's most famous locations. The series by Hiro Mashima, which began its journey in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2006, is now preparing to leave 20 years behind. As part of the campaign, posters of Natsu, Lucy, Erza, Gray, and other main characters are meeting fans in Japan's busiest tourist areas. The Fairy Tail manga began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine on August 2, 2006. The main story concluded with volume 63 in 2017; however, the series continues with Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, written by Hiro Mashima and illustrated by Atsuo Ueda. The first anime adaptation began in 2009 and concluded with the Final Series in 2019; the anime version of 100 Years Quest was brought to screens by J.C. Staff in 2024.
