K Manga Adds Kanna Hourai's "Give 'Em Hell, Miran Yata!!" Series to Its Digital Library

Kodansha's digital manga platform K Manga continues to please both local and international readers with its latest additions. As of June 29, 2026, the platform has added mangaka Kanna Hourai's popular series "Give 'Em Hell, Miran Yata!!" to its library. In a notable move, the series began simultaneous publication in both the original Japanese and English translation. This stands out as part of K Manga's 'simulpublish' strategy that has been ongoing since its launch in 2023.
"Give 'Em Hell, Miran Yata!!" is a shōnen manga blending action and comedy. The series follows Miran Yata, a powerful swordsman, as he battles dark forces while dealing with the absurdities of daily life. Kanna Hourai is known for previous short series such as "Blade of the Phantom" and "Crimson Dusk", but this work is her first long-running shōnen title. The series first began serialization in Japan in 2025 in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine.
K Manga's move offers a great opportunity, especially for overseas readers. Previously only available in Japanese, the chapters can now be read simultaneously in English. The platform prepares these translations through a collaboration of AI-powered tools and human editors. Kodansha officials stated, "We are delighted to bring the energetic storytelling of this series to a wider audience. Miran Yata's adventures are a must-read for action fans."
The first volume (tankōbon) of the manga was released in Japan in April 2026. Currently, the first 12 chapters of the series are available on K Manga, with new chapters added weekly. The platform offers a free trial subscription, while full access requires a monthly fee. Accessible from Turkey as well, K Manga does not yet offer Turkish translation support, but it provides a good alternative for readers who know English.
Kanna Hourai's series, with "Give 'Em Hell, Miran Yata!!", brings a fresh breath to the shōnen genre. The manga stands out especially for its dynamic fight scenes and witty dialogues between characters. If you are looking for an action-packed, fast-paced, and at times funny story, we recommend you check it out. In the upcoming chapters, more details about the identity of the main antagonist and Miran's past are expected to be revealed.
