Manga Plus Adds Sango Honda's 'Finding the Invisible Star' Manga as Simulpub

Shueisha's global manga platform Manga Plus has added Sango Honda's new series Finding the Invisible Star to its library as a simultaneous release (simulpub). According to Anime News Network, the series officially began serialization on Shonen Jump+ on Thursday, August 6. The first chapter was also published on Manga Plus the same day, meeting international readers simultaneously with its Japanese digital release.

Simulpub refers to a publishing model that allows a series to be read in different countries with its translation as soon as the chapter is released in Japan. Since 2019, Manga Plus has been making many contents from Weekly Shonen Jump and Shonen Jump+ accessible worldwide through this system. Shonen Jump+, which has been the starting point for some of the most popular works of recent years such as Spy x Family, Dandadan, and Kaiju No. 8, is also a digital showcase where new mangaka are discovered.
