New Manga by My Happy Marriage Author and Fiancée of the Wizard Artist: Miko to Yashayome
According to Anime News Network, Akumi Agitogi, author of the My Happy Marriage light novel series, and Masaki Kazuka, artist of the Fiancée of the Wizard manga, are teaming up for a new manga titled Miko to Yashayome. Kazuka will handle the art for this new series, based on a previously unpublished story by Agitogi.
Agitogi is best known for My Happy Marriage, which was adapted into an anime in 2023 and later made headlines with a live-action film. Set in an alternate Taisho-period Japan, the story depicts the relationship between Miyo Saimori, ostracized by her family, and Kiyoka Kudou, a cold military officer. With its novels published under the Fujimi L Bunko label, as well as a manga adaptation and a large fanbase, the series holds an important place in the fantasy-romance genre.
Masaki Kazuka, on the other hand, is known for the Fiancée of the Wizard series. This manga, which combines fantasy and romance, has gained a wide readership for its depiction of relationships shaped in a supernatural world. This partnership between the two creators is a remarkable meeting for fans of both series.
