Seven Seas Entertainment Brings "The Berserker NPC" and 4 New Series to English

Seven Seas Entertainment has made an exciting announcement for Western readers, revealing that it has licensed five new manga and light novel series. At the top of this list is The Berserker NPC Unknowingly Destroys the World (Kyou Senshina Mob, Mujikaku ni Honpen wo Hakai Suru), which is sure to capture the interest of fantasy and gaming world enthusiasts. With these new series, the publisher aims to strengthen its portfolio in both romantic comedy and drama/fantasy genres.
Written by Narunoruna and illustrated by Shimotsuki Eito, The Berserker NPC Unknowingly Destroys the World stands out as an "isekai" story. The main character, Albert Falconer, wakes up as the youngest son of a warrior clan and realizes that this world is actually a video game he played in his past life. Although he is supposed to be just a nameless NPC (non-player character), he unwittingly disrupts the game's plot with his insane warrior skills. The first digital volume of the series will be published under Seven Seas' Airship imprint in December 2026.
Other notable titles announced include the manga Amamiya-san is the Cutest…and I'm a Close Second! (Sekai de Ichiban "Kawaii" Amamiya-san, Nibanme wa Ore.) by Aminohada and tokiwa. This series offers a fun romantic comedy about a model known as the cutest girl in the world who is actually a high school student named Harema Kouki. Additionally, Hate Me, but Let Me Stay - Mr. Asanaga and Mr. Yanagi, a side story to Hijiki's popular omegaverse series, and the adult-oriented manga The Erotical Wizard and His Twelve Brides are also among the licensed works.
Seven Seas also announced an audiobook for Michi Ichiho's beloved work Yes, No, or Maybe?. This extensive move by the publisher is an indicator of how active the English manga and light novel market will be in 2026 and 2027. In particular, the fantasy title "Berserker NPC" is expected to bring a fresh breath of air to the "anti-hero" and "mob character" themed story trends in the West. Readers will be able to access physical and digital versions of these series in the coming months.
