A Giant Collaboration for Shueisha's 100th Anniversary: Anya Forger Joins Hinatazaka46!

Shueisha, one of Japan's most established and influential publishing houses, has signed a massive collaboration that has fans excited to celebrate its 100th anniversary. Anya Forger, the phenomenal character from the Spy x Family series, has joined forces with the popular J-Pop idol group Hinatazaka46 to become the face of this historic milestone. Announced on May 13, 2026, this special campaign uniquely blends the world of manga with idol culture.
Within the scope of the campaign titled "Hinata Oshi Manga" (Hinatazaka46's Favorite Manga), members of the group recommend their favorite manga series published under the Shueisha umbrella to their fans. The most striking point of the campaign is the special illustration drawn by Spy x Family creator Tatsuya Endo. In this drawing, Anya Forger is depicted wearing one of Hinatazaka46's iconic uniforms alongside the group's official mascot, Poka. Since it is known that Tatsuya Endo is a huge fan of the group himself, this collaboration is described by fans as a "dream come true."
Founded in 1926, Shueisha has been home to world-shaking series such as One Piece, Dragon Ball, and Naruto throughout its century-long history. The 100th-anniversary celebrations are not limited to this idol collaboration; the publisher also partnered with Uniqlo for the "Manga UT" collection. In this context, 22 special design t-shirts from 11 different legendary series, such as Jujutsu Kaisen, Hunter x Hunter, and Rurouni Kenshin, have taken their place on the shelves.
