Talentless Nana (Munou na Nana) Manga is Ending: Only Two Chapters Left!

Another era is coming to an end in the world of manga! We are now very close to the finale of the Talentless Nana (Munou na Nana) manga, which has kept readers on the edge of their seats with its plot twists since 2016. According to the official announcement in the June issue of Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine, the series will bid farewell to its fans in just two chapters. If there are no publication delays, Nana Hiiragi's mystery-filled story will conclude with the final chapter to be published in July 2026.
The series, written by Looseboy and illustrated by Iori Furuya, first began its publication in May 2016. The story takes place on a remote island where teenagers with special abilities are gathered to fight the "Enemies of Humanity." However, the real plot begins when it is revealed that Nana Hiiragi, a transfer student who possesses no special powers, is actually an assassin sent to eliminate these gifted youths. With its psychological warfare, strategic mind games, and unexpected character developments, Talentless Nana has managed to become one of the most unique examples of its genre.
The series' popularity peaked in 2020 with a 13-episode anime adaptation produced by Studio Bridge. The anime was a major topic of discussion on social media, especially due to the big surprise in the first episode, and it gained a large fanbase. Although fans have been hoping for a second season since then, the manga story has continued on its own path. As of now, the manga has 14 volumes in Japan and is expected to conclude with the 15th or 16th volume following the final chapters.
As we reach the end of this long eight-year journey, readers are curious about how Nana's quest for redemption and the mysteries on the island will conclude.
