New Trailer for BanG Dream! Our Notes: Ave Mujica Takes the Stage!

An exciting development has occurred for BanG Dream! fans! The latest trailer released for the series' highly anticipated new mobile game, BanG Dream! Our Notes, has officially introduced Ave Mujica, one of the franchise's most mysterious and dark bands. Developed in collaboration between Bushiroad and Bilibili Game, this new project aims to take the series' musical depth and storytelling to the next level. The trailer showcased the band's unique gothic aesthetic and dramatic atmosphere, creating a huge buzz within the community.
Ave Mujica first appeared in the finale of the BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! series and has been a focal point for fans ever since. The band consists of five members: Sakiko Togawa (Oblivionis), Mutsumi Wakaba (Mortis), Uika Misumi (Doloris), Umiri Yahata (Timoris), and Nyamu Yutenji (Amoris). Drawing attention with their Latin-inspired stage names and masked identities, the group moves away from the series' traditional cheerful tone, adopting a musical style with more melancholic, symphonic metal, and gothic rock influences.
The new game, BanG Dream! Our Notes, will go beyond being just a rhythm game, offering a multi-route narrative that focuses on the growth stories of bands like MyGO!!!!! and Ave Mujica. Scheduled for a global release in 2026, the game will feature a total of 25 characters and 5 different bands. This project is seen as part of an era where the BanG Dream! universe is leaning into more mature themes such as "psychological drama" and "suspense." In particular, Ave Mujica's story will delve deeply into the characters' past traumas and their search for identity.
The future of the franchise looks quite bright. Following the premiere of the Ave Mujica – The Die is Cast – anime in January 2025, a feature film titled BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora is planned for 2026, followed by a new sequel series in 2027. The Our Notes game will progress in synchronization with all these productions, offering fans a complete experience both digitally and musically. If you are curious about this dark and captivating new era of the Bandori world, start preparing now; because Ave Mujica's stage is just beginning!
