Blue Lock and Pilkul Partnership: Special Packages with 12 Characters on Shelves

Bringing football passion and competition to the peak, Blue Lock is now moving from the fields to store shelves. The anime adaptation of the series has joined forces with the famous probiotic drink brand Pilkul. Limited-edition packages, which will go on sale across Japan as of June 8, 2025, bring together 12 different characters from the series.
The name of the collaboration is quite striking: “Be a Healthy Egoist with Pilkul!” This slogan references Blue Lock's core philosophy – “egoism” and self-improvement – while also highlighting Pilkul's immune-boosting properties. The packages feature series favorites such as Yoichi Isagi, Meguru Bachira, Seishiro Nagi, and Rensuke Kunigami, as well as Itoshi Rin, Shoei Barou, Hyoma Chigiri, and other important names. Each carton box features a different character design; an unmissable opportunity for collectors.
Blue Lock has been published since 2018 with illustrations by mangaka Yusuke Nomura and story by Muneyuki Kaneshiro. The series was adapted into an anime by studio 8bit in 2022 and gained a large fan base. With its second season released at the end of 2024, the production is currently preparing for its third season (Blue Lock vs. U-20 Japan arc) and a movie. Pilkul, on the other hand, is a classic probiotic drink produced by lactose fermentation, consumed in Japan for decades. Such collaborations are frequently used for brands to reach young consumers; Blue Lock's “egoist” spirit funnily combines with Pilkul's “healthy living” message.
The special packages will be available in limited quantities in Japanese markets and online platforms. Although pricing is similar to standard Pilkul products, demand may be high due to their collectible value. While no international distribution has been announced yet, similar collaborations (such as One Piece, Demon Slayer) are often followed by global enthusiasts. For Blue Lock fans, this is an opportunity to both create a physical connection with their favorite characters and add the series' energy to their daily health routines. The packages are expected to sell out quickly.
