Classroom of the Elite Season 4: "Year 2" Arc Begins with English Dub!

The wait is finally over for Classroom of the Elite (Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e) fans! The series' highly anticipated 4th season returns to screens with the "Year 2" arc. The first four episodes of the new season, which will be broadcast on Crunchyroll, will take their place on the platform with an English dub option on April 15, 2026. This season represents the first and most challenging step Ayanokouji Kiyotaka and his friends take into their second year of high school.
This new term brings not only competition between classes but also first-year students who join the school and upset the balance. As light novel readers know well, the "Year 2" arc takes the tension to the peak with the presence of a mysterious assassin from Ayanokouji's past, connected to the White Room. In the English dub cast, beloved names such as Justin Briner (Ayanokouji) and Felecia Angelle (Suzune) return to their roles to bring the characters to life once again.
Adapted from the popular light novel series written by Shōgo Kinugasa, the anime has gained a large audience with its psychological games and strategic depth since its first season in 2017. Produced by Studio Lerche, the 4th season is directed by Noriyuki Nomata this time. The musical atmosphere of the series is once again shaped by the duo of Masaru Yokoyama and Kana Hashiguchi. Additionally, the famous artist Eir Aoi performs the opening song "Monster" for this season, while ZAQ's "Liar Veil" greets us at the ending.
The 4th season, which premiered in Japan on April 1 with a massive 90-minute episode, is planned to consist of 16 episodes in total. Presenting the first four episodes simultaneously with a dub will allow fans to quickly adapt to the new mysteries and special exams. In this dangerous game of chess that Ayanokouji plays while hiding his true potential, it is already clear that the moves will be much harsher and the consequences much heavier this season. Let's see if Class D will be able to survive against these new threats.
