Crunchyroll Launches English Dub for Tamon's B-Side

Crunchyroll has begun streaming the highly anticipated English dubbed episodes for Tamon's B-Side (Tamon-kun Ima Dotchi?), one of the most talked-about series of the Winter 2026 season. As of May 7, 2026, the dub cast has arrived on the platform, bringing together a talented team to voice the series' dynamic characters. This development reinforces the series' international popularity, allowing fans to experience the "backside" of their favorite idols in their own language.
Adapted from the original manga written by Yuki Shiwasu and serialized in Hana to Yume magazine, the series follows an unconventional romantic comedy story. At the center of the story is Utage Kinoshita, a high school student with a passion for idols. By chance, Utage begins working as a housekeeper at the home of her favorite idol, Tamon Fukuhara. However, while Tamon is charismatic and "wild" on stage, in real life (his B-side), he is extremely pessimistic, insecure, and has poor social skills.
In the English voice cast, Abigail Blythe brings Utage to life, while Conner Allison takes on the challenge of voicing Tamon's two distinct personalities. The cast also includes names such as Brandon Acosta (Ouri Sakaguchi), Cody Savoie (Keito Tachibana), and Kevin D. Thelwell (Natsuki Ishibashi). Produced by J.C.Staff and directed by Chika Nagaoka, the anime successfully brings the manga's unique humor and emotional depth to the screen.
Tamon's B-Side stands out among the "behind the scenes of the idol world" themed series that have been on the rise in recent years.
