The neon-lit streets of Night City are coming back to life! Studio Trigger and CD Projekt Red have released the first official character reveal for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, the sequel to the series that took the anime world by storm in 2022. Weak Kingsley, the new face of the series, has already sparked significant curiosity among fans. The new character, Weak Kingsley, is described as a veteran Edgerunner who was once known by the nickname "King" but now lives in the shadow of his former glory days. The phrase used in the character's introduction, "The crown is heavy, but the chrome is heavier," signals that the series will once again offer a tragic and heavy atmosphere. In addition to Kingsley, it has been confirmed that characters such as the vengeance-seeking netrunner D, cinephile Roman Carax, and the corporate-background Talia Yang will be at the center of this new 10-episode standalone story.
