Cyborg 009 Nemesis: New Anime to Release Three Episodes at Once on July 19
The long-awaited new Cyborg 009 anime project has finally been unveiled. The production titled Cyborg 009 Nemesis will premiere all episodes simultaneously on July 19 at midnight (Japan time). Three episodes, each 30 minutes long, will be released at once.
The project's visuals depict nine enemy figures opposing the nine main characters, signaling a 9-on-9 conflict. The 00 cyborgs from the original series will face a new threat that rivals them. The visual notably blends both classic and modern design lines.
As a reminder, Cyborg 009 was created in 1964 by the legendary manga figure Shotaro Ishinomori. The series celebrated its 60th anniversary last year.
