First Collaboration between Doraemon and Anteprima: Wire Bags and Special Collection on the Way

The iconic anime series Doraemon is stepping into the world of fashion. The blue robot cat created by Fujiko F. Fujio is collaborating for the first time with Hong Kong-based luxury accessory brand Anteprima. The special collection called “DORAEMON COLLECTION” will go on sale on July 1, 2025.
The most striking pieces of the collection will be the wire bags, which have become Anteprima's signature. Doraemon's cute face, blue body, and iconic accessories are embroidered on these special bags. In addition, wallets, keychains, and small leather accessories are expected to be included in the collection. Although pricing and sales points have not been announced yet, it is estimated that the collection will be offered through Anteprima's official stores and online channels.
Anteprima is a brand founded in 1993 in Hong Kong, known especially for its bags woven from stainless steel wire, which it calls Plastiq. Having previously collaborated with pop culture icons such as Disney, Hello Kitty, and Marvel, the brand is now joining forces with one of Japan's most beloved characters. This collaboration stands out as the biggest fashion partnership for Doraemon since its capsule collection with Gucci in 2020. Additionally, Doraemon has previously released special products with brands like Uniqlo, Puma, and Loft.
Combining Doraemon's universal appeal with Anteprima's timeless design approach, the result is a unique series for both collectors and everyday users. Thanks to the light structure and durability of the wire bags, these products stand out as both a fashion accessory and an object that can be easily used in daily life. Fans will be able to examine the collection closely on July 1 at Anteprima's website and selected stores. In the coming days, product images and price details are expected to be shared on the brand's social media accounts.
