A Grand Finale for the Dr. STONE Anime Series: "STONE FES. 2026" Event Announced!

The time for farewell is approaching for Dr. STONE fans! Organized to celebrate the conclusion of the series' anime adaptation, the STONE FES. 2026 event will take place on October 10, 2026, at the Yokohama BUNTAI arena in Kanagawa. This massive organization aims to put an unforgettable period on the science-filled adventure of Senku Ishigami and his friends, which spans from the stone age to the space age.
The event is planned in two separate sessions, day and night. Many star names will take the stage in both sessions, led by Yusuke Kobayashi, who voices the series' main character Senku, as well as Kengo Kawanishi (Gen), Ryota Suzuki (Ryusui), Gen Sato (Chrome), and Manami Numakura (Kohaku). Special guests include Yoshiki Nakajima, who brings the character Yo Uei to life, for the day session, and Makoto Furukawa and Yuichi Nakamura, who voice the series' established characters Taiju Oki and Tsukasa Shishio, for the night session. Additionally, Kenji Nojima as Dr. Xeno and Koji Yusa as Stanley Snyder are also in the cast.
Musical performances will also carry the excitement of the finale to its peak. BURNOUT SYNDROMES and KANA-BOON, the bands behind the series' iconic opening and ending songs, will provide emotional moments for fans with their live performances. In particular, BURNOUT SYNDROMES is known as one of the most important bands to translate the energy of the scientific world into notes since the first season of the series. The first priority for event tickets will be granted to those who purchase the Dr. STONE: Science Future Blu-ray & DVD Box 3 set, which will be released on July 15, 2026.
The Dr. STONE manga, written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi, was published in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine between 2017 and 2022 and completed its story with 27 volumes. The anime adaptation, produced by TMS Entertainment studio, is currently continuing with its final season, Dr. STONE: Science Future. This final season, released in three parts (cours), covers the epic journey that extends to the Moon to solve the mystery of humanity's petrification. Blending science with an entertaining and educational tone, the production is considered one of the most unique works in the modern anime world.
