Final Season of Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya to Air in 2027
There is finally a clear date for Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya fans: the series' final TV anime will be released in 2027. The announcement was made by official sources recently, creating great excitement in the anime world. This final season will fully bring the manga illustrated by Hiroshi Hiroyama to the screen and conclude the story.
This announcement was not actually a surprise. Following the Prisma Illya: Drei!! project initiated in 2023, the series was moving toward its finale. Now, 2027 has been set for the series' crowning finale. Unlike previous seasons directed by Shin Oonuma, it has not yet been announced which studio will produce the final installment, though it is widely expected that Silver Link will continue.
Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya was born as an alternative side story to the popular Fate/stay night universe, which began in 2007.
