Fire Force Season 3 Details: The Final Season Is Coming in Two Parts!

The long wait for Fire Force (Enen no Shouboutai) fans is finally coming to an end. It has been officially announced that the third and final season of the series will begin in April 2025. This new season will bring the epic conclusion of the struggle between Shinra Kusakabe and Special Fire Force Company 8 against Adolla and the Evangelist to the screen.
According to official announcements, the final season will be broadcast in two separate "cours" (parts). While the first part will meet the audience in April 2025, the second part that will complete the story will be released in January 2026. Expected to consist of approximately 25 episodes in total, this final marathon will continue to bear the signature of David Production studio. The studio aims to take the high visual quality and impressive fight choreographies achieved in the first two seasons of the series to the peak in this finale.
The creator of the series, Atsushi Ohkubo, concluded the story in 2022 by finishing the 34-volume manga. Ohkubo, who is also the creator of Soul Eater, built a dark fantasy world with Fire Force where people suddenly burst into flames and turn into creatures called "Infernals." This season will not only offer action-packed scenes but will also answer all questions about the Adolla Burst and the Great Cataclysm, which have remained a mystery since the beginning of the series.
This final season is of great importance to fans, especially due to its surprising connections to the Soul Eater universe. The details that emerged in the finale of the manga, proving that the world of Fire Force is actually a prequel to Soul Eater, are also awaited with great curiosity in the anime adaptation. The final form Shinra will take to save the world and the birth of the "Soul World" point to a finale that will be talked about in the anime world for a long time.
