‘Kizudarake Seijo: To Take Revenge Season 2’ has released its long-awaited first promotional visual. The anime, adapted from the original light novel series by Hada no Hada and SORAJIMA, will begin airing on October 1, 2024, on tvk and CBC TV in sequence. The visual depicts a dramatic moment of the main characters Rùa and Suwen.
The series tells the story of Rùa, who after being used as a saint and betrayed, swears revenge. The first season aired in early 2024 and received positive reactions, especially from viewers who enjoy the dark fantasy genre. The light novel series began in 2022 and has reached 5 volumes so far; the manga adaptation also started publishing in the same year.
While the production team and voice cast remain largely the same for the second season, it is noted that the story will move to a more complex stage of Rùa's revenge journey. The first season's finale left viewers with a big surprise; in this new season, secrets are expected to be revealed and the bond between Suwen and Rùa is expected to deepen further.
Although the anime studio and streaming platform have not yet made a detailed announcement, fans predict that the second season will be filled with darker and more action-packed scenes. While new trailers and additional cast information are expected throughout September, October already excites fans of ‘Kizudarake Seijo: To Take Revenge’.
