The new anime adaptation of the Ghost in the Shell series, produced by the Science SARU studio, has shared its first voice trailer and a striking key visual. Science SARU is a studio previously known for productions such as Devilman Crybaby, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, and Scott Pilgrim Takes Off. Tomohiko Itō (Erased, Sword Art Online) sits in the director's chair, while the music is composed by Kensuke Ushio (A Silent Voice, Devilman Crybaby). This team seems set to bring a fresh breath of air to the cyberpunk world of Ghost in the Shell.
The trailer features moments where the Major uses her iconic thermo-optic camouflage and a short chase scene.
