At the top of the list was the ν (Nu) Gundam, known for its iconic 'funnel' weapons and remembered from the film Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack.

Globally, the Wing Gundam Zero (Endless Waltz), etched in memory for its angel wings, took second place, while the Zeta Gundam, which revolutionized the series with its transformation ability, settled into third. As an interesting detail, while Wing Gundam Zero took first place in English-speaking regions, Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex topped the list in Italy, and Gundam Aerial, one of the newest members of the series, took the top spot in France.
