Major Collaboration Between Haikyu!! and Coco's Restaurant Chain: Karasuno and Aoba Johsai Return!
We have exciting news for Haikyu!! fans! The popular volleyball anime is launching a major collaboration with Coco's, one of Japan's most famous family restaurant chains. Announced with the slogan "Then Let's Meet at Coco's Again Today!" (Sorejaa Kyou mo Cocos ni Shuugou!), this special campaign will begin on May 19 and run until June 29. During this period, fans who visit the restaurant will be able to enjoy delicious meals and have the chance to obtain exclusive series-themed collectibles.
At the heart of the collaboration are two of the series' most beloved rival teams: Karasuno High School and Aoba Johsai High School. Throughout the campaign, customers who order specific menu items will be gifted specially designed clear files and stickers featuring iconic characters such as Shoyo Hinata, Tobio Kageyama, Toru Oikawa, and Hajime Iwaizumi. These gifts will be rotated during different periods of the campaign, offering variety for collectors. Additionally, fans will be greeted by special announcements made by the characters' voice actors and thematic decorations inside the restaurant.
Although Haikyu!!, created by Haruichi Furudate, concluded its journey in 2020 after beginning in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2012, it has lost none of its popularity. The Haikyu!! The Movie: Decisive Battle at the Garbage Dump film, which was released in recent months and made a huge impact worldwide, once again proved the series' unshakable place among modern sports anime.
