Katsuyuki Konishi to Voice Kagurabachi Anime’s Shiba Togo Character

A new voice actor announcement has come for the Kagurabachi anime. According to the official statement, the experienced voice actor Katsuyuki Konishi will play the master sorcerer Shiba Togo in the series. Along with the announcement, a character visual and a short promotional video for Shiba were shared with fans.
In his statement on the matter, Konishi said, "My dream has come true, I feel indescribable happiness." The voice actor, known for his previous famous roles as Kamina in Gurren Lagann, DIO in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and roles in Bleach, hinted that he will reflect Shiba's mysterious and powerful aura.
Kagurabachi is a popular manga series written and illustrated by Takeru Hokazono, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2023. The story revolves around Chihiro Rokuhira, a young warrior who uses magical swords to avenge his father's murder. The manga quickly gained a large fanbase and was nominated for several awards. The anime adaptation was announced a few months ago and generated excitement.
Shiba Togo plays an important role in the story as a mysterious sorcerer who helps Chihiro.
