5 New Voice Actors Join Mebius Dust Anime, Premiere Date July 9

Mebius Dust anime has added five new cast members ahead of its first episode premiering on July 9. According to Anime News Network, Kanon Amane, Kensho Uesugi, Shōta Hayama, Kō Bonkobara, and Genta Nakamura have joined the voice cast. Which characters they will play has not yet been announced.
Adapted from Ryo Hanada's manga of the same name, Mebius Dust tells the story of young people fighting a mysterious disease caused by dust particles in a post-apocalyptic world. The manga first began serialization in Young Gangan magazine in 2019 and drew attention for its atmospheric art and dark sci-fi themes. The anime adaptation was announced at Anime Expo 2025 last year.
Previously, it was announced that main voice actors include Kaito Ishikawa and Reina Ueda. With the new additions, the cast is expanding, and the production team is already garnering great interest from fans. The series is directed by Masahiko Ohta; Ohta previously worked on popular productions such as Non Non Biyori and Himouto! Umaru-chan.
The anime's broadcast channels include Tokyo MX, BS11, and local digital platforms. A 12-episode season is planned, and the story is expected to cover the first three volumes. For manga readers, the anime adaptation will offer an opportunity to experience Hanada's original world-building in motion.
Starting on July 9, new episodes of Mebius Dust will be released weekly after the first episode. Fans are already saying that it will be one of the most notable productions of this summer, especially for those who love dark sci-fi and psychological drama. Details about the exact broadcast time and international platforms are expected to be announced in the coming days.
