MediaOCD has expanded its catalog by adding six new anime series to the Discotek Deep Dives project. According to the announcement made on August 18, 2026, Kyo Kara Maoh!, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Kashimashi, Ninja Scroll: The Series, Reborn!: Special Fan Disc, and City Hunter 3 are now part of the project. Discotek Deep Dives is a project aimed at preserving classic and lesser-known anime series digitally and bringing them to fans. MediaOCD's move ensures that works, especially those aired in the early 2000s and now difficult to access, are brought back into the spotlight. For example, Kyo Kara Maoh! is a series that aired between 2004 and 2009 and is considered one of the pioneers of the isekai genre. Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, which began in 2004, gained a large fanbase with its unique take on the mahou shoujo genre.
