New Trailer Released for Mushoku Tensei Season 3: Ending Song by Mika Nakashima!

One of the most popular representatives of the isekai genre, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, excited fans by releasing a new trailer for its highly anticipated third season. This new promotional video, shared on June 4, 2026, officially confirmed that the series will return to screens on July 5, 2026. The biggest surprise of the trailer was that the ending theme would be performed by legendary Japanese artist Mika Nakashima. Nakashima will join the production with her song "Inori, Owareba" (When Prayers End), which suits the series' emotional atmosphere.
The new season will cover the adventures of Rudeus Greyrat in his adulthood, starting from volume 14 of the light novel series. The trailer heralds a journey to the mysterious floating castle of Perugius and the long-awaited return of Eris Greyrat. Additionally, experienced voice actors such as Haruka Tomatsu as Nina Farion and Tetsu Inada as Gal Farion have joined the cast. The story will focus on Rudeus's efforts to protect his growing family, while also embarking on an adventure to save a friend struggling with a deadly disease.
Animation production continues to be handled by Studio Bind, which has been in charge of the series from the beginning. In the director's seat is Ryosuke Shibuya, who also worked on the second half of season 2, while character designs are entrusted to Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa. Mika Nakashima's involvement in the project caused a major stir in the anime world, as the artist previously delivered unforgettable performances in iconic works such as Nana and Darling in the Franxx. Created by Rifujin na Magonote, this universe is regarded as one of the foundational works of the modern isekai genre.
Another piece of good news for fans is that the series' new mobile game, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes, will also be released in 2026. The anime episodes will air every Sunday and can be watched worldwide on Crunchyroll. The opening song will continue to be performed by series regular Yuiko Ohara. This season is expected to be a turning point in Rudeus's character development and his struggle against Hitogami.
