My Hero Academia's New Mobile Game "United Survival" Is Coming in 2026!

A giant in the world of popular anime and manga, My Hero Academia, is preparing for an ambitious return to the mobile gaming world. Game developer KLab has officially announced that the name of its long-awaited new project will be My Hero Academia: United Survival. According to the announcement, the game will be released globally to players in all regions outside of mainland China in 2026.
Created by Kohei Horikoshi and concluding its 10-year journey last August, the My Hero Academia manga's popularity continues unabated despite having reached its finale. With the seventh season of the anime series and the upcoming final season, fans remain locked into the story of Izuku Midoriya (Deku) and his friends. United Survival aims to offer fans a new adventure by bringing this massive legacy of the series to mobile devices.
The studio behind the game, KLab, is a very experienced name in anime-based mobile games. Having previously signed off on projects that reached millions of downloads worldwide such as Bleach: Brave Souls, Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team, and Love Live! School Idol Festival, the team is keeping the bar high for this new game as well. Although the genre or gameplay details of the game have not yet been fully shared, the term "Survival" in its name has brought about speculation that it could be a strategic survival mechanic or a large-scale action experience.
The development process, which will last until 2026, shows how much KLab values the quality and content of the game. While this wait may seem a bit long for fans of the series, the studio's successful past projects signal that a production that justifies the expectations is on the way. We expect to have more concrete information about the world of United Survival with the first trailers and character visuals to be released in the coming period.
