Nekopara Sekai Connect Launches on Steam on September 28

Neko Works and Good Smile Company announced on Monday (August 24, 2026) that Nekopara Sekai Connect will be released for PC via Steam on September 28. The announcement also stated that save files from the previous version of the game can be transferred to the new PC version. This means players who have previously started the game can move to Steam without losing their progress.
The Nekopara series is known for the cat girls Chocola, Vanilla, and others created by illustrator Sayori and the Neko Works team. The first visual novel was released on Steam in 2014, and was later expanded with Vol. 0, Vol. 2, Vol. 3, and Vol. 4. The series also came to screens in 2020 with a TV anime adaptation by Felix Film. Nekopara Sekai Connect stands out as a title that expands this universe with a new gaming experience. The emphasis on 'Sekai' (world) and 'Connect' (connection) in its name reflects the game's goal of appealing to a global audience.
Good Smile Company's involvement in the production shows that the game aims to reach not only the visual novel audience but also a broader player base. The company previously played an important role in making the series known worldwide through its figures and anime projects for Nekopara characters. The Steam release will increase the game's global reach and provide a new meeting point for fans of the series.
The PC version of Nekopara Sekai Connect will meet players on Steam on September 28. In the coming days, details such as the game's price, system requirements, and launch trailer are expected to be shared. Fans of the series can already start counting down the days to reconnect with the world of cat girls.
