New Promotional Video Released for 'The World's Strongest Rearguard' Anime

A new main promotional video (PV) has been released for the anime The World's Strongest Rearguard: Explorers of the Labyrinth Country. The video showcases both the heroes' struggles in the labyrinths and calm moments like camp life, accompanied by the anime's opening (OP) and ending (ED) songs.
Adapted from the popular light novel series written by Fuji Kenji and illustrated by Gino83, the anime premiered this fall (October 2024). The series tells the story of a young hero who takes on the role of a support class, the "rear guard." Produced by Studio feel., this production stands out by reversing the usual formula of the isekai genre, emphasizing the importance of characters in the background of battle.
The new PV provides important clues about the visual quality and atmosphere of the anime adaptation. The opening and ending songs reflect the adventurous spirit of the series, while the fluid animations in the battle scenes have excited fans. The light novel series has been published since 2018 and quickly gained a large fan base; the manga adaptation has also received similar attention.
The anime, currently airing, is planned for a total of 12 episodes. The new PV may contain hints about what will happen in future episodes. The World's Strongest Rearguard is a must-watch for both fans of the original series and viewers new to the fantasy and adventure genre.
