New Visual Released for One Punch Man Season 3 Cour 2: Psykos and Drive Knight Appear for the First Time!

The next phase of the wait for One Punch Man fans has begun to take shape. As part of the 10th-anniversary celebrations of the series, a new key visual prepared for One Punch Man Season 3 Cour 2 was shared at a special exhibition held in Tokyo. Revealed on June 26, 2026, this visual focuses on key characters who will appear in the highly anticipated upcoming episodes of the series. The most notable names in the visual are Psykos, the true mastermind behind the Monster Association, and the S-Class hero Drive Knight.
This new visual is essentially an updated version of the composition used for the first half of the third season. While Saitama remains at the center with his usual seriousness, he is accompanied by a repaired Genos and the "Hero Hunter" Garou, who is the focal point of this season. However, the addition of Psykos to the second cour visual signals how significant a role she will play in the progression of the story as the military advisor and strategist of the Monster Association. Fans are particularly excited about Psykos's first true appearance in the anime and the powers she will display.
On the production side, J.C. Staff continues to carry the torch it took over since the second season. Shinpei Nagai sits in the director's chair for the third season, replacing the previous director, Chikara Sakurai. The character designs bear the signatures of experienced names such as Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, and Ryosuke Shirakawa. Following the first 12 episodes released in the final months of 2025, it was previously confirmed that the second half of the series would meet the audience in 2027. These long intervals are considered an effort to reflect the detailed drawing style of the series' creators, ONE and Yusuke Murata, into the anime.
One Punch Man has remained one of the most popular productions in the anime world since its massive debut with the Madhouse studio in 2015. The currently adapted Monster Association Arc is considered by manga readers to be the most epic and action-packed period of the series. This arc, where almost all S-Class heroes take the field and face enemies that push even Saitama to his limits, will reach its peak in the second half of the third season. These visuals shared ahead of the 2027 premiere prove that production is ongoing and that a visual feast awaits the fans.
