Oshi no Ko's April Fools' Joke Becomes Reality: Captain Kana Arima Takes Command!
For Oshi no Ko fans, April Fools' jokes are no longer just pranks, but harbingers of exciting projects. Recently, visuals shared by the series' official accounts depicting Kana Arima as a pirate captain were initially presented as a joke. However, due to overwhelming fan interest, the producers have turned this concept into reality, announcing an official collaboration with the Hakone Pirate Ship.
In this special event, which will take place between April 2 and May 31, 2026, the famous pirate ships sailing on Lake Ashi in Kanagawa Prefecture will be fully decorated with an Oshi no Ko theme. Visitors boarding the ship will be able to see special illustrations of Kana Arima in her captain's costume and receive limited-edition acrylic keychains provided with their tickets. Additionally, series-exclusive drinks such as the 950-yen "Jeweled Jelly Soda Garnet" and 1,650-yen acrylic stands will be available for purchase at the Pirate’s Galley cafe on board.
