New Visual and Voice Cast Revealed for Rich Girl Caretaker Anime: Premiering in July!

The highly anticipated new entry in the romantic comedy genre, Rich Girl Caretaker (Ojou-sama no Sewagakari), continues to build excitement ahead of its July 2026 premiere. The production team has shared a brand-new key visual that showcases the series' atmosphere and character dynamics, while also announcing two major voice actors joining the cast. Produced by the Brain's Base studio, the anime is poised to be one of the most ambitious titles of the summer season, thanks to both its visual quality and talented cast.
According to the new announcement, Saori Ōnishi and Rio Tsuchiya have joined the voice cast. Saori Ōnishi will voice Mirei Tennoji, a character expected to play a pivotal role in the story, while Rio Tsuchiya will voice Narika Miyakojima. These additions are set to bring a fresh perspective to the fun and emotional relationship between the main characters, Itsuki Tomonari (Yuto Uemura) and Hinako Konohana (Konomi Kohara). Saori Ōnishi's previous experience in romantic comedies has been met with great enthusiasm by fans.
Based on the popular light novel series written by Yusaku Sakaishi and illustrated by Sakura Miwabe, the production actually has a quite interesting history. Originally starting as a web novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro platform in 2020, the series quickly caught the attention of Hobby Japan, leading to a print release and subsequently a manga adaptation. The story revolves around Hinako, who appears to be a flawless and noble young lady to the outside world but lacks basic life skills in her private life, and Itsuki, who takes on the role of her secret caretaker. This contrast between her "perfect image" and her "laziness at home" forms the core element that balances the series' humor and romance.
The anime features experienced names behind the scenes. The director's chair is occupied by Shusei Morishita, known for School Babysitters, while the screenplay adaptation is handled by Aya Yoshinaga. The music is being prepared by a talented team consisting of Natsumi Tabuchi, Hanae Nakamura, and Mayo Kurihara. Set to meet viewers on Crunchyroll in July, Rich Girl Caretaker promises not just a "master-servant" story, but also a heartwarming tale of growth where the characters complement each other. Fans of the genre are counting down the days until they can discover the cute and lazy world Hinako hides this summer.
