Rie Kugimiya to Voice Yaku Yakuzen in Season 3 of '100 Girlfriends'
The beloved comedy anime series 100 Girlfriends (The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You) has added a big name to its third season cast. According to Anime News Network, legendary anime voice Rie Kugimiya will voice Yaku Yakuzen, Kusuri's grandmother and one of Rentarō Aijō's new girlfriends. The character will start speaking from episode 8, where she makes her first appearance in the series.
Throughout her career, Kugimiya has delivered unforgettable roles such as Shana in Shakugan no Shana, Taiga Aisaka in Toradora!, and Alphonse Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist. Known to fans as the queen of tsundere, she is recognized for her performances in both tough and emotional characters.
