Special Trailer Released for the Second Part of the Hibike! Euphonium: Final Chapter Film

Kyoto Animation has made an exciting move for fans by releasing the special trailer for the second part of the Hibike! Euphonium: Final Chapter (Saishū Gakushō Hibike! Euphonium) film project on its official YouTube channel. This video was originally presented to theater audiences as a post-credits surprise at the end of the first part (Zenpen) of the film. Now, fans worldwide have the chance to watch these hints about how the story of Kumiko Oumae and the Kitauji High School Concert Band will conclude.
This massive two-part film project aims to crown the series' ten-year journey. The first film of the project was released in Japan on April 24, 2026. The second part (Kōhen), which represents the true finale of the series, is scheduled to meet audiences on September 11, 2026. These films are not just summaries; they deepen the story with a new script penned by Jukki Hanada and special performance scenes not featured in the television series.
Adapted from Ayano Takeda's popular novel series, Hibike! Euphonium first hit screens in 2015. Bearing the signature of Kyoto Animation, the series has carved a special place for itself in the anime world, not only with its visual quality but also with its character development and musical depth.
