Steel Ball Run: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's New Trailer Released, Premiere Date September 25

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fans have been waiting a long time for the exciting new details of the Steel Ball Run anime. According to Anime Corner, the animated adaptation of Part 7 will premiere on September 25 and will air weekly for 11 episodes in its first season. These episodes are planned to cover the 2nd and 3rd stages of the story.
Previously adapted successfully by David Production with Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable, Golden Wind, and Stone Ocean, Steel Ball Run — considered the most beloved part of the series — will come with a new animation quality. The trailer highlights character designs, horse racing scenes, and exciting Stand battles. This western-themed story by series creator Hirohiko Araki, set in an alternate universe, was originally published in 24 manga volumes.
Steel Ball Run was first serialized in Ultra Jump magazine from 2004 to 2011, and as the seventh part of the JoJo series, it was considered one of the most innovative shōnen manga of its time. The story revolves around a massive horse race held in the Americas in 1890 and features Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli as main characters. The anime adaptation is expected to faithfully reflect the action and character development of the manga.
The fact that this first season of 11 episodes only covers the 2nd and 3rd stages has left some questions in fans' minds, but this indicates that the series will likely span multiple seasons. Previously, Stone Ocean was also released in three separate parts under the same model. The broadcast starting on September 25 means that fans worldwide will experience Steel Ball Run in animation format for the first time. It is advisable to follow official channels for new trailers and visuals.
