First Trailer for The Abandoned Saint's Isekai Food Journey Anime Released: A Delicious Journey Begins in July!

Great news for fans of isekai and food-themed stories! The first promotional video and main visual for the anime The Abandoned Saint's Isekai Food Journey: I Summoned a Camping Car with My Hidden Skill have been officially released. According to the announcement, the series will premiere in July 2024 on channels such as TOKYO MX, BS NTV, and AT-X. The released trailer has already managed to whet appetites with the "meshi-tero" (food porn) scenes the series promises.
The voice cast for the series is also becoming clear. Sora Tokui will voice our main character Rin, while Yuki Ono will bring the accompanying character Vil to life. According to the newly shared information, Sumire Morohoshi has joined the cast as Aria, and Shinnosuke Tachibana as Senon. The story follows Rin, a caregiver in her 30s who is summoned to another world as a "Saint," only to be exiled by the prince because her abilities are deemed "useless." However, Rin has a secret ability that no one knows about: she can summon a modern Camping Car!
The technical team behind the anime also consists of very experienced names. The production, prepared by the EMT Squared studio, is directed by Atsushi Nigorikawa. Takashi Aoshima is in charge of the series composition, while the character designs were prepared by Izumi Ishii, staying true to the lines of the original illustrator Akane Nito. The music bears the signature of Kana Utatane. The series is a must-watch, especially for those who love the "slow-life" isekai genre and prefer character interactions and gastronomy over action.
